How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions to change or cancel your plan.
I upgraded but still see the free plan. What should I do?
Close and reopen the app, and make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for purchase. If it still shows Free, contact support with your purchase date.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can I delete my account or data?
